Dads Truck

One of the best things I get to do in this business is meet people and hear their awesome stories. One such guy is Cruise Puyallup founder and all-around good guy; Mark Crosby of Puyallup Washington and his family's 1969, lemon yellow F-100.

We did a little get-together at our shop in Tacoma and offered our space and camera skills, to the yellow truck. Mark shared, "The yellow truck was his dad Jim's favorite" Mark also said, "Dad liked to spend time with his friend Ray, drinking beer, BS'ing, and tinkering."

Marks dad, was hoping to upgrade and modify the truck to handle and perform better than your average old Ford. He had a plan starting with the engine, installing a Vortec out of a 98 Expedition, the only modification. A short time later Jim passed away. The truck remains with the Crosby family.
